I got stuck while logging in to the app
How to resolve.
  • Try signing out of your account, then log in to our app again.
  • If the problem still occurs, please check your internet connection and try changing it to another connection.
  • If the steps above don't work, try re-installing our app.
Why did this happen?
You are experiencing trouble connecting into Firebase, or there's a cache problem.
My imported 3D object did not appear on my 3D library
How to resolve.
  • Open Assemblr Studio, click on the Your Components tab to check whether your 3D object has been successfully uploaded. If it hasn't, try re-uploading the object.
  • Check the internet connection on your device and try changing it to another connection.
Why did this happen?
Your object was not successfully uploaded on Assemblr Studio, or you are experiencing trouble connecting into Firebase.
People couldn't scan my QR or custom marker
How to resolve.
  • Check the internet connection on your (phone/PC?) and try changing it into another connection.
  • If it still happens, please do the following steps:
    - Open your project, then go to the Publish settings
    - Check your Privacy & License. If it is still in Private, tap on the text, then choose Public.
Why did this happen?
You are experiencing trouble connecting into Firebase, or you have not changed your Privacy Setting yet.
I couldn't log in to my account even if my e-mail and password are correct
How to resolve.

Go to your device's application settings, then clear the cache. After that, try reinstalling the app, and log back into your account.

Why did this happen?
There's a cache problem, which makes you unable to log in.
My Assemblr Studio project kept on crashing when I opened or created it
How to resolve.

If you use imported 3D objects on your project, try deleting some and replace them with objects in smaller file sizes.

Why did this happen?
The file size of your imported 3D objects may be too large, and your project can't load them.
I couldn't install Assemblr or Assemblr EDU on Play Store
How to resolve.
  1. Go to your device's application settings, then clear the Play Store cache.
  2. If it still doesn't work, try clearing the Play Store data.
  3. If you've done all the steps above and the problem still occurs, go to the Accounts menu on your application settings, then tap on your Google account and remove your account. Once you are finished, try restarting your device, add your Google account again, and then download the app.
Why did this happen?
There might be some errors from the Play Store updates, Google cache issues, Play Store stored data issues or Google account issues.
