Can I import custom 3D objects from 3D modeling softwares to Assemblr?
Yes, you're more than capable to do so! With the help of Assemblr Studio, you are able to convert and optimize your custom 3D object to be directly transferred into Assemblr Studio itself.
However, make sure that your objects are in .FBX & .GLB format and saved in low poly mesh.
Can I share my project on social media?
Of course! We really encourage you to share your enthusiasm to your friends and family. When you publish your project, you will find the option to share your project directly to Facebook or Twitter.
If you're a website owner or a blogger, you can also embed your own 3D project, so you can present a better visualization in the form of fresh 3D experiences.
Additionally, you can also share your project with QR or custom markers, and share them directly with everyone in your circle.
Which operating systems and devices can I use Assemblr Studio on?
For mobile application, Assemblr Studio requires at least iOS 14 for Apple users or OS 8.1 Oreo for Android users to run well. Also, for Android users, your device should have at least 3 GB RAM.Meanwhile, for web browser, Assemblr Studio is free to access on any devices—as long as you have a browser installed on the device, you’re good to go!
Is Assemblr Studio free?
Assemblr Studio is free to use and download. However, we offer in-app purchases for 3D bundles and custom markers. Don’t worry—if you need to save up, you can still import your own 3D object or even earn rewards from your daily activities.

How can I embed my project to my website?
To embed your AR project to your blog or website, please follow the steps:
Publish your project.
Choose the Embed Code option.
Feel free to modify the embed settings, such as the size, watermark, or project information.
If you're finished, choose Copy Embed Code.
On your website or blogging platform, you can paste the embed code as an HTML card.
How do I scan custom markers?
Head to Assemblr Studio mobile app >Scan. Then, type in the username of the marker owner, and point your camera towards the custom marker. Get ready to see the AR popping up above it!
What is Assemblr Studio?
Assemblr Studio is an AR platform that lets you create, view, and share your own AR experiences in one single platform. It only takes minutes to create your own AR—simply by dragging and dropping the elements in the editor.
What are the available AR markers in Assemblr Studio?
Assemblr Studio has two types of AR markers: QR and custom markers.
QR markers are QR images that can trigger your AR content, so when you scan them, you can see an AR content coming to life right above the image.
Unlike QR markers, custom markers are customized images or graphics that can trigger your AR content. This means you are free to upload the image or graphic that you want—be it posters, invitation cards, illustrations, packaging, etc.
Why do my 3D objects sometimes disappear when viewed in AR mode?
Image recognition is an important part of AR systems. Recent development of AR has led to markerless AR. This approach allows the use of any and all parts of your physical environment as the base for the placement of your 3D content. Simply put, you can place your 3D objects freely!
However, some older devices still need to identify visual markers in your environment first to place your creation. This is called marker-based AR. Instead of scanning the ground, these devices will look for a visual marker when you switch your Assemblr mode to AR.
When your camera doesn’t detect the identified marker, for example when you pull your camera away from it, your object will disappear from the view. More importantly, AR can also appear more smoothly for several devices—such as Apple devices supported by ARKit and Android devices supported by ARCore.
I got stuck while logging in to Assemblr Studio. How can I resolve this?
You experienced trouble connecting into Firebase, or there's a cache problem. First off, you might want to check your internet connection. Make sure that it's stable enough to connect to Assemblr Studio.
If you still face any difficulties, here are the things you need to do:
Web Browser:
Wait for a few seconds. Our server might be under maintenance.
Once you're done, try clearing the cache.
Mobile Application:
Wait for a few seconds.
2. Once you're done, please re-install the app.
Why couldn't people scan my QR or custom marker?
You are experiencing trouble connecting into Firebase, or you have not saved your changes on your Sharing Settings yet.
To resolve, please check whether your device is connected to your internet connection. If it's unstable, try changing it into another connection.
If it still happens, please do the following steps:
Open your project, then choose Share.
Click Edit Details.
Why did my project keep on crashing when I opened or created it?
This might be triggered by the file size of your project. The more objects are in your project, the bigger the possibility for your project to crash.
If you experience this, please follow these steps:
Reduce the number of objects on your project
If you use custom 3D objects or upload images, make sure that the file sizes are standard—or if possible, keep them small.
Where can I access Assemblr Studio?
Assemblr Studio is available in two forms: web browser and mobile application.
You can access Assemblr Studio on browser via studio.assemblrworld.com—or you can also download the mobile app on App Store or Play Store.
Is custom marker available to use for free?
When you first register on Assemblr Studio, you'll receive 1 custom AR marker for FREE with unlimited access.
To get additional custom marker slots, there are two options available:
Purchase individual slots
Each custom marker slot purchased individually will remain active for 60 days from the date of purchase.
After the premium period ends, your project will no longer be accessible via the custom marker. You will need to either repurchase the slot or subscribe to a premium plan to regain access.
Subscribe to a premium plan
The number of additional custom marker slots will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year).
Access to these slots will end once your subscription expires.

How many people can enter one same space?
We highly suggest 50 people at the maximum to enjoy a better experience. However, if you want to make your space accessible for more people, we also provide customized channels services for the space.
Each channel can occupy 50 people at the maximum. You can create the channels based on your inquiries—if there are 200 people, you can create 4 separate channels, and so on.
Can I visit places all across the world virtually?
Yes, of course! You're free to jump from one space to another using the virtual 3D world map.
How can I purchase or rent a space?
You can purchase with BLR Coins—or you can also contact us to purchase them directly.
How is it possible to walk around the space?
If you're on PC or laptop, you can press A, S, W, or D on your keyboard to walk around the space.
For mobile device users, there will be a dot on your screen. Just direct the dot towards the direction you want to—if you want to move forward, slide it forward, but if you want to go to the left, just slide it to the upper left.
Is there any minimum device specification to access the metaverse?
Since it's accessible on a browser, we have no minimum specification.
But still, different devices have different specifications—and we have to make some adjustments for devices with lower specifications by lowering the resolution, so you can still enjoy exploring the metaverse.
What kind of activities can I do in the metaverse?
You can make use of our metaverse basically for any purpose!

What are Spaces?
Spaces are virtual areas that you can use to visit and walk around to enjoy the experience. We have two types of spaces: Public and Private Spaces.
Why can't I enter some spaces?
You might have entered a private space. To unlock the access, you can ask the space owner for the passcode.
I want to talk with everyone like having a call. Can I do that?
Totally! In the space, you can use a Voice feature to simply talk and have a chat with everyone.
Is it available to access for free?
Of course, everyone can access and enjoy the experience for free! However, we also provide in-app purchases for certain items to upgrade your experience even better.
What are the differences between Public and Private Space?
Public Spaces are spaces made for public, which means that anyone can access the spaces without any passcode required. Public spaces can be tourist attractions, virtual shopping malls, public facilities, or your own spaces that are open for public.
Meanwhile, Private Spaces are spaces exclusively made for private uses. To enter the space, you will have to enter a unique passcode that belongs to the space. You can ask the space owner for the passcode.
Is the space available for free?
Once you're registered in Assemblr Metaverse, you will get one FREE Personal Space that you can use up to your needs.
However, if you want to have more spaces, you can actually purchase the spaces.
I don't want to own a space for a lifetime. Can I only rent the space?
Absolutely! You can rent a space for a certain period of time. However, please take note that once the rent period is over, you won't be able to save the decorations made in the space.
What can I use my space for?
Our spaces are available to use for any occasion. You can start with creating your own home and add a fun quiz or mini games.
If you're a business owner, you can turn your space to a mini virtual shop, which you can link with your products on the website.
On a bigger scale, you can also create a classroom, virtual meeting room, art gallery, or any other use cases!
What is Assemblr Metaverse?
Assemblr Metaverse is a metaverse platform that lets you explore, hang out, and do activities in the virtual world—whenever and wherever you are.
What makes it different from other metaverse platforms?
A lot of metaverse platforms require you to download their applications, which might take up your storage space—also downloading the in-app data that could be hours. We see this as an opportunity.
Instead of providing an app, we offer an easier access, which is through a web browser. This will open up a wider access for everyone—as long as you have an internet connected to your device.
