We are here to make sure you have a great experience browsing and subscribing to ASSEMBLR & ASSEMBLR EDU. Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to us and we’d love to hear from you.

General Refund

If the individual/education subscription plan or custom marker(s) you receive has not met your requirements, please contact us by filling out this form within seven (7) days from receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

If you can't request a refund on Assemblr or Assemblr Edu subscription plans:

If the charge is pending, you can't request a refund yet. After the charge has gone through, try requesting a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you'll need to pay for that order before requesting a refund.

Assemblr or Assemblr Edu is not responsible or liable for any cancellation of subscribe by inaccurate transfer amounts, or exceeding the time limit for transfers or any payment that is not being made directly to Assemblr or Assemblr Edu bank account or Assemblr  or Assemblr Edu payment channels.

We can only refund your money if there are errors in developing the use of our application, so you cannot use the customer package as stated in or

How long does it take to process my refund?

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 5–30 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed by Assemblr or Assemblr Edu.

If you make a payment via bank transfer, the refund will be reduced for bank administration fees.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or credit card (or other payment method that you choose when purchasing Assemblr or Assemblr Edu subscription plans). Refunds will be processed within 5–30 working days depending on your credit card or third party service providers company policy.  While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we do have some specific refund, reprint and cancellation option for certain cases or payment methods through third parties that Assemblr provides.

For Purchases at Google Play Store

  • If it’s less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play Store. You may be able to request a refund after more than 48 hours (check the Google Play Store policy on
  • You’ll usually get a decision within 1 business day, but it can take up to 4 business days.
  • If it’s been more than 48 hours, we can serve it internally and we will refund it through the Google Play Store console.

For purchases at App Store

If you purchased your item from the App Store, refunds are only made through the Apple website. Apple will review the refund request. There is a possibility that Apple will contact Assemblr or Assemblr Edu to confirm the requested refund. Apple will determine whether the refund request will be granted or not (check the App Store policy on
