Catch on the latest updates and insights about the Assemblr ecosystem, immersive technology, and EdTech industry—all in one site.
The quality of education doesn’t only depend on the materials being taught, it also relies on how teachers deliver those lessons. In today’s digital era, a teacher’s ability to leverage technology has become key to creating more engaging and enjoyable learning experiences for students.
Assemblr launched the Assemblr Certified Trainer (ACT) program, an initiative designed to empower teachers across Indonesia. The program aims for educators that are already familiar with Assemblr EDU to become certified trainers in using 3D and Augmented Reality (AR) technology. These certified trainers can then guide their peers, ensuring the benefits of this technology spread widely, reaching more teachers and students nationwide.
The enthusiasm from educators has been remarkable. A total of 1,765 teachers from across Indonesia have registered for ACT Batch 1, with the highest participation from East Java, Central Java, West Java, North Sumatra, and Jakarta. After a rigorous selection process, 500 teachers advanced to an intensive training program that included pre-tests, post-tests, and practical assignments, resulting in over 758 submitted projects.
So far, ACT Batch 1 has positively impacted more than 11,500 teachers through 300+ training sessions, producing over 3,500 teaching projects. This milestone demonstrates how a single initiative can evolve into a movement, strengthening teachers’ competencies and sparking innovation in classrooms.
328 teachers have officially graduated as Assemblr Certified Trainers from Batch 1. They are now ready to lead and mentor fellow teachers across Indonesia, helping them create learning experiences that are more interactive, relevant, and enjoyable with Assemblr EDU.
This is not just about introducing new technology. It's about empowering teachers as agents of educational transformation. When teachers are empowered, students are inspired. And together, we can move education in Indonesia forward toward a future that is more creative, engaging, and meaningful.
